How long are therapy sessions?

Intake sessions typically last for 60 minutes for new patients. Follow-up sessions for established patients last for 20 minutes.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare (Optum), Empire BlueCross BlueShield (except Medicare and Medicaid plans), Oscar Health, Oxford, City of New York PPO (NYCE PPO), and Carelon Behavioral Health.

Do you offer out-of-pocket payment options?

Yes! We offer a flat rate of $160 per session.
